All levels welcomed, including Beginner Students with no prior experience. A slower paced Session focused on learning the basics of Kickboxing / Muay Thai and the proper form of Strength & Conditioning exercises.

FAQs
- 1-Hour Cancelation Policy. Session(s) that are not canceled at least 1-Hour before the start of the Session will result in forfeiture of the 1 Session Pass credit.
- 10-Minute Grace Period. After the grace period, you will be forfeiting your Session Pass credit and no longer allowed to participate in this Session.
- Penalty for No-Show. All Sessions must be canceled before the start of your scheduled session using Punchpass, or by email. Repeated No-Show will result in deduction of an additional Class Pass as a Penalty. (No penalty for early and late cancelations.)
